General Description: This brand new, well appointed, one bedroomed apartment is in a newly developed complicated of three blocks. The apartment has an open plan kitchenliving area which is very well furnished with all the necessary contemporary furniture including a sofabed, chairs, dining table and tvdvd player. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a fridge freezer, hob oven and cooker hood, washing machine, microwave oven, and all other necessary utensils. The bedroom is beautifully furnished with an en-suite bathroom and plenty of storage space. It is fully air-conditioned. Outside there is a wide square shaped terrace with a large round table and four chairs ideal for relaxing in the sun or partaking in alfresco dining. The apartment is located in the higher area of peyia and has superb views over coral bay and the surrounding coastline. A short stroll down some steps takes you to the communal swimming pool with its large sunbathing area, just a couple of minutes away. It is well positioned to take advantage of the amenities of peyia village, the centre of which is around a 10 minute walk uphill. For golf lovers, the prestigious tsada golf club is only a 10 minutes drive away, while the akama peninsula, with its large diversity of flaura and fauna, gives you the opportunity to enjoy several outdoor activities such as cycling, walking, swimming, bird watching, climbing and diving. During your stay you can enjoy much of what paphos has to offer. From petra tou romiou (the rock of aphrodite), adonis bath and the baths of aphrodite to the paphos medieval fort and the tombs of the kings, there is much for the history lover to see. There are also a number of churches and museums to visit too. The paphos aphrodite water park is the perfect place to cool down and have some great fun. Kato pahos, around the harbour area, offers a wide range of bars, restaurants and night clubs while there is a covered market in the town centre.
